Kevin, saw you play at the Walnut Room in Denver and was totally unsurprised that you pulled off yet another of your great shows out here. I hope you can get your percussionist to come out sometime. Kevin, I hope you don't mind that I posted a review on Digistation. My wife and I were blown away by your performance on Saturday and equally as blown away by this and your other two albums (I had to buy all three). Here's what I wrote. Thank you for letting us know that there's still really really good music out there.
I happened upon this music on Saturday night at Lamplighters in Palatine, IL when we were there for a reunion. Kevin played right after our party and we ALL stayed. It was magical. Before I knew it, it was 1 o'clock in the morning and he was singing and playing like he had just gotten up on stage. Amazing vocalist and player and was accompanied by two very accomplished musicians. I bought all three of his albums and they're all wonderful. We listened to them in order and were dumbfounded at the artistry and longevity of his music. I know this just came out, but I'm already excited for another album. In my humble oppinion, one the best musicians I've heard in 20 years.

Knowing I go out to see bands pretty regularly she said I should come out to see you sometime.
Well I did, and now have seen you 3 or 4 times. I really really enjoy your music and the crowd that you draw is very cool.I always have a wonderful evening.
I am more prone to going to see heavier bands that play hard rock and metal. But I was very drawn to your music. A nice change of pace.

I had no idea who you were when you started playing but when i heard your voice i was in amazement of how much you sounded like my absolute FAVORITE artist, Martin Sexton. Sitting here working, with your tunes in the background, I realized I hadn't thanked you and Herman for the amazingness that you brought to Lamplighters oh so many months ago (oops!). I must have danced from your first song to the last. I couldn't help myself, there were some good beats goin' on.
Well, I just wanted to say hello, and wish you well. I've brought your music everywhere with me, from Arizona, to Lake Tahoe, back to Barrington, and down to Peoria, and it's all added a special flavor to some of my favorite memories. Even listening to Don, Chris, and you play at the coffee house back home made for some good times a few years back.
