the things I've seen in my waking hours.
I ride across plains and mountains with wisemen.
Taking advice from a man I've never seen

I've been heading down to the water every night
Staring at myself and looking in the moonlight.
Hearing you speak and hearing you breath.
Hearing condensed sounds make music to me.

Unrecognizeable faces roll by
as I deal myself another good hand,
A passionate wildflower takes credit for my senses
and you tell me that I'm crazy but I'm happy.
I wake from my journey alive with delight
and contemplate on what I have done.
Sometimes I'm happy, I learn to forget
the reasoning behind my regret.
